At Recess, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment isn't helping you perform at your peak, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
