How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner for the big game.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain apparel and protective gear must have all tags attached.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Recess equipment comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular athletic use.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable athletic fit.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
